Some people have called me crazy for teaching Makena how to floss. She loves it and now has made a habit out of it and it has paid off. I first started by letting her just watching me and I know my kid, she became intrigued with the whole process. Eventhough she has baby teeth and will one day lose them I feel it is important to show her the benefit of good dental habits. My friend is a dentist and so we went to the dentist for the first time and she did great. It was much better than I expected. She got a clean bill of health and some goodies...
